• By entering this competition with Snow Machine, all entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and be bound by them. Our decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition is open to patrons in all countries. You must be 18 years of age to enter the competition.
• You are entering the competition to win 2 x VIP tickets to Snow Machine Hakuba 2024.
• The winner will be responsible for their own flights, accommodation, lift passes, ski hire, and other incidental expenses incurred as part of claiming this prize.
• The competition will run for 7 days, starting at 5 pm on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, and closing at 9 am on Thursday, June 1, 2023. All entries must be received by the specified closing date. The competition will run on Instagram and TikTok.
• To enter, you must upload a photo or video to Instagram  or TikTok video of your adventure at Snow Machine Japan or NZ. To submit your content you must tag @Snowmachinefest and #apresallday.
• Patrons are permitted to re-tag existing images or videos to enter the competition and qualify to go in the running.
• This competition is a game of skill. The winner will be selected based on the creativity of their video.
• Winners will be selected after the closing date and will be notified via Direct Message on the platform they entered on (Instagram or TikTok). Please note, we have only one official account @dreammachinefestival. Please do not interact, respond, or provide your personal details to any account pretending to be us.
• If the winner of the competition is unable to accept the prize for any reason, or if the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made, an alternative winner will be selected.
